I booked a double room with a balcony but was placed in a separate overflow section. The room conditions were substandard, with a door handle hanging off and a smell of smoke from the staff just outside my room. I asked for help with my luggage, but no one came to assist me.

The location of the property is fantastic, so close to shops and dining. The atmosphere feels authentic and welcoming, making it easy to relax. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and perfect for cooling off after a day out.

I had a wonderful stay in the Standard Double or Twin Room! The room was clean and comfortable, and the management was super accommodating when I needed help. Being just off Garlic Lane, I was close to excellent shopping options, and I appreciated the quick access to the beach, just a short walk away.

We had a nice stay in a garden bungalow. Location is on point! Close to everything you wanna check out. The staff were super friendly and treated us great, especially at the restaurant with their good food. Though, we did have no hot water for a few days which was pretty annoying.
